Results typically last six to eight weeks depending on your natural lash growth cycle, aftercare, and product exposure. To maintain the look, schedule touch-ups every 6–8 weeks and avoid oil-based removers that can shorten the effect.

Yes — we use gentle, ophthalmologist-tested keratin formulas and trained technicians. A patch test is available for sensitive clients. Always inform us of allergies, recent eye procedures, or medication to ensure a safe, customized service.

You can, but it's generally unnecessary. Avoid mascara for 24–48 hours post-treatment to let the lift set. After that, choose water-based or gentle mascaras and remove makeup carefully to help preserve the lift and prolong results.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and avoid oil-based products for 24 hours prior. Remove contact lenses for the treatment, and if you have extensions, take them off at least 48 hours before to ensure optimal results.

Most people with natural lashes are ideal candidates. If lashes are extremely short or sparse, we’ll assess suitability and may recommend conditioning treatments first. Discuss pregnancy, eye surgery, or allergies during booking.

Avoid water, steam, saunas, and rubbing for the first 24–48 hours. Use oil-free cleansers and makeup removers, comb lashes gently with a spoolie, and book touch-ups every six to eight weeks to sustain lift and tint.
